The President is the figurehead and strategic manager of the LSA, who ensures that the activities and executive operations of the Association are conducted smoothly and in line with the LSA's vision.
Callum is in his fourth year of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning).
He is a student ambassador for the University of the Sunshine Coast and a massive sports fan.
Secretary: Codi Dalley
The Secretary manages the Association's administration and miscellaneous matters, acting as the 'glue' that holds the LSA together. This includes maintaining documentation, organising committee meetings, membership, the L Card, and information technology such as this website.
Codi is in her final year of LLB as a graduate student and has previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies).
Outside of studies, she enjoys sports and the beach.
Treasurer: Morgan Geniola
The Treasurer manages all financial matters of the Association.
Morgan is in his second year of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business.
He is an avid sportsman and loves watching, teaching and playing nearly every sport there is.
VP Education: Tanisha Watts
The VP Education is responsible for promoting all educational interests of the Association. These include issues regarding equity or social justice, academic and career-related skills, and also some professional publications.
Tanisha is in her third year of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Social Science. She has a strong passion for social justice and equality. Upon completion of her studies, Tanisha wishes to pursue a legal career in family law.
Tanisha is also a Student Ambassador for the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Outside of her academic studies, Tanisha enjoys getting active outdoors, exercising, having coffee with friends, and reading.
VP Competitions: Krishna Alister
The VP Competitions oversees, organises and manages all competitions run by the USC LSA, which is assisted by the directors of advocacy competitions and skills competitions.
Krishna is in his fourth year of Bachelor of Laws. He has a strong passion for sustainability, environmental law and social justice. Upon graduation Krishna hopes to practice either environmental or criminal law in Australia or New Zealand.
Outside of his studies, Krishna’s passion is with the outdoors. He loves playing sports, namely Cricket and Aussie rules, he also enjoys hiking and travelling.
VP Events: Jessica Popple
The VP Events organises and manages all of the Association’s professional and social events, with assistance from the Directors of Professional, Social and Special Events.
Jessica is in her sixth year at USC, but fourth year of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts, with a Justice Major and Legal Studies Minor.
Jessica is a student member of the Sunshine Coast Law Association.
When she is not studying, Jessica enjoys baking and going out for breakfast.
VP Publications: Sarah Coombs
The VP Publications is responsible for the overall design, processing and production of the Association's publications.
Sarah is in her fourth year at USC and third year in law, having completed an additional year of psychology.
Sarah enjoys watching law dramas, playing sport such as beach volleyball and netball, and is also a very active volunteer within the legal profession
